Privacy policy

Clean Building Compliance is a service of Landlord Money Finder, run by Home Property Tools, 7339 NE 175th St, Kenmore, WA 98028 ("we"). This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on cleanbuildingcompliance.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your email and phone number, and if you give them, your name, your building's type, address or city, size and number of buildings. We also record the date, your browser type, the page that sent you to us, and any campaign tags in the link you used.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your request, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, do the work. We don't sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

We use a few service providers to host the site and handle your information on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing), Supabase (database) and Resend (sending email). They can only use it to provide their service to us.

Emails from us

After you send a request you'll get one confirmation email. Any other email from us will include our mailing address and a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email or write to us to be removed.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until we've handled your request, or until you ask us to delete it.
